Post-College Readiness

Post-College Readiness

According to the 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆 2023-24, about 51.25% of the country’s youth is deemed employable, according to estimates. It is a shocking statistic and something needs to be done to improve this.

The effort has to come from the students by working towards improving their profile and aligning it with the industry requirements and also from the institutes by providing the students with a proper launch-pad.

In this video I have talked about various ways students can engage themselves in order to improve their profile:

1. 𝘎𝘦𝘵 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙨 (𝘣𝘦𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘶𝘮)

I have also shared some insights about various activities that the institutes can undertake to help the students explore the various opportunities in industry.
